ABC News.Shortly after the debate, Harris received a major endorsement from Taylor Swift, who called the vice president “a steady-handed, gifted leader.” Swift signed her endorsement as “Childless Cat Lady,” a reference to controversial past comments from Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance.
The Democratic vice presidential nominee, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, and Harris both learned of the endorsement in real time after the debate Tuesday.
